Cardiff Ramblers are the local group of the Ramblers' Association. Cardiff group organises walks in the south Wales area and beyond, including the Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains, Gower, Wye Valley and many other locations. Walks vary from 2 to 20 miles, and happen on Wednesdays, weekends and Thursday evenings in summer. Each month there is a Stepping Stones walk - short, flat and easy going. We also organise coach trips, weekends away, footpath maintenance and campaigns and the occasional social event.
There is no charge for non-members to join our walks - we expect you to join if you take part regularly. See
