Local councils and other organisations love to create suggested walk routes and publish leaflets. But it's not so easy to keep the routes maintained, and many disappear, or become hard to find, as local funding cuts and the passage of time take their toll.

This page attempts to revive some lesser known local route suggestions that may be hard to find elsewhere. 

The The Aberdare Circular Walk was launched ten years ago, but information on the route now seems to be unavailable.
